Maeda Road Construction was founded in 1930 and will celebrate our centenary in 2030.

 In October 2021, in order to achieve lasting growth for the Group as a whole, we have established INFRONEER Holdings, a joint holding company, and completed business integration.
 As not only the situation in Japan but also the world changes by the minute, our business environment is on the threshold of some significant changes. Under such circumstances, we believe that it is necessary to challenge the status quo in an effort to quickly capture social and market changes and respond to them promptly and appropriately.
 We have adopted ‘internal reform,’ ‘productivity reform,’ and ‘establishing a new foundation for revenues’ as key measures of our mid-term management plan and are taking on new initiatives.

 Maeda Road Construction operates approximately 110 sales offices, which are the bases of road construction, and approximately 100 plants that manufacture and sell asphalt mixture throughout Japan.
 We aim to expand our business areas into the field of operation and maintenance of various infrastructures, including local roads, as a part of INFRONEER Holdings’ aim to become ‘a comprehensive infrastructure service company,’ as well as further strengthen ‘familiar construction works directly linked to road construction and daily life’ and “supply of asphalt mixture.’

 Based on our belief that ‘people’ are the assets of the company, we will actively promote informatisation such as utilisation of IT tools and digital transformation while promoting work style reforms, as well as create an environment that speeds up technology and development, promote research and development to achieve a sustainable society, and build businesses that will be the next pillar.
