March 1925
Masazo Takano establishes a civil engineering business.
July 1930
Takanogumi Co., Ltd. is established as a pioneer of asphalt pavement construction.
March 1948
The company name is changed to Takano Construction Co., Ltd., and begans expanding into the field of civil engineering.
January 1964
The Company is certified as a Registered Over-the-Counter Stock Brand by the Tokyo Securities Dealers Association, as well as a Special Over-the-Counter Stock Brand by the Osaka Securities Dealers Association.
August 1965
The company begins production and sales of asphalt mixtures across Japan, including Tokyo, Yokohama. Chiba, Osaka, Nagoya, and more.
February 1968
The company name is changed to Maeda Road Construction Co., Ltd.
May 1972
The company is moved to the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
November 1973
The Minister of Construction Permit (Special-48) No. 2313 is received.
December 1983
A total turnover of 101,600,000,000 yen and No. 2 in the industry ranking is achieved.
January 1987
The Northern Kanto Branch Office is established, followed by the Niigata Sales Office at the Hokuriku Branch Office and the Takamatsu Sales office at the Shikoku Branch Office.
January 1990
The West Kanto Branch Office is added, establishing the current system of 11 branch offices, 115 sales offices, and 91 mixing factories.
September 1998
The headquarters building is relocated to 1-11-3 Osaki, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo-to.
April 2001
Built the Maeda Road Shirokane Building at 5-22-12 Shirokanedai, Minato-ku, Tokyo, and relocated the Tokyo Branch Office there.
September 2003
The Tsukuba Techno Center is built at 208 Obatake, Tsuchiura, followed bu the relocation of The Machine Center and Training Center.
December 2006
The Technology and Research Center is built at 208 Obatake, Tsuchiura, and is then relocated.
February 2008
Shares of Fuji Doboku Co., Ltd. are acquired through a stock swap.
September 2008
Shares of Miyata Construction Co., Ltd are aquired.
January 2012
Shares of Riascon, Co., Ltd are aquired.
March 2012
Net sales of 204.9 billion yen are achieved.
April 2014
Shares of Funada Doboku Co., Ltd are aquired.
October 2015
Shares of Aono Construction Co., Ltd are aquired.

The company merges with Japan ChatMix Co., Ltd.
January 2018
Shares of Shinei Construction Co., Ltd are aquired.

Sunamachi Ascon Co., Ltd is established.

Keihin Recycling Center Co., Ltd is established.

Eco Center Osaka Co., Ltd is established.
March 2020
Maeda Road Construction becomes a consolidated subsidiary Maeda Corporation through a public tender offer.
October 2021
The company becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of INFRONEER Holdings Inc through a joint stock transfer with Maeda Corporation Co., Ltd. and Maeda Seisakusho Co.,
September 2022
Japan Biofuel Co., Ltd is established.
April 2023
Shares of SEKI Co., Ltd are aquired.
March 2025
The company marks its 100th year annversary.
